How We Make Our Promises a Reality

Any company can make claims about quality work. The million-dollar question is how to substantiate those claims.

The answer, we feel, is to develop meaningful processes, continually improve them, and provide reporting that keeps our clients informed.

Quality Assurance Processes

We have a very mature quality assurance culture. Evripos has obtained the ISSA CIMS and CIMS GB certifications, and are working towards earning additional qualifications. We have also obtained (but not renewed) the ISO 9001:2000 certification in janitorial services, and these standards are still in effect today.

Health and Safety

Evripos’ greatest assets are its clients and employees. The health, safety and wellness of your tenants, our employees and the communities in which we serve are paramount. Our philosophy is based on a three-pronged approach:

  1. Provide comprehensive training to our employees and managers on their duties and obligations.
  2. Conduct regular inspections to identify and prevent hazards.
  3. Investigate every incident, as minimal as it may be, in order to prevent reoccurrence and ensure continuous improvement.

Evripos puts people first—their safety is vital.

Code of Conduct

At Evripos, both management and employees are expected to abide by the following code of conduct, which governs the professional behaviour and activities of our company:

Our Culture of Environmental Stewardship

The Evripos Environmental Management System (EMS) requires us to consistently assess and address the impact our operations may have on the environment. It is a continual cycle of process planning, implementing, reviewing, and improving in order to meet our organizational and environmental goals.

We strive to keep communities clean and safe. We: 

  • Use green cleaning products and equipment (see below).
  • Conserve and reuse water as much as possible.
  • Minimize energy consumption.
  • Take advantage of technology to reduce paper use.


On the community level, we partake in local stewardship programs, emergency-response committees and employee environmental training.

Green Products and Processes

We only use Green/Ecologo certified cleaning agents. We use the most energy-efficient equipment on the market, and use sealed gel batteries to power that equipment.

We are proud to adhere to LEED principles and green cleaning practices.

Evripos is also a certified green contractor with ISSA CIMS Green Building program.


Standing Behind Our Promises

With owners directly involved with day to day decision making and personally invested in the company’s expansions, our metric of success is not ROI for shareholders or the size of board of director (BOD) bonuses. Our tangible KPIs are all related to continued growth in Canada, and that growth can only be achieved if we focus on both our reputation and quality.
